Deputy Manager - High-End Formalwear brand
Salary: £22k per annum, + Bonus & Benefits Location: Stratford Westfield Established High-End brand is currently seeking as skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join their team for their store in Stratford Westfield. Creating high quality exclusive clothing, this company offers classic menswear and ladieswear at high street prices, with stores across the UK and plan’s for continued growth. Seeking a talented and sales focused Deputy Manager to ensure the continued success of the store alongside the Store Manager. The Role: • As the Deouty Manager you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager with the daily running of the store in Stratford • You will be accountable for ensuring a level of service that will maximized sales • As the Deputy Manager you will lead from the front, motivating staff, whilst offering training and development You will ensure consistency in your work, whilst maintaining standards and supporting staff • As the Flagship Store Manager you will be working closely with the UK Country Manager of the business and be an ambassador for the business, ensuring that your is the good example to others in the UK Ideal Candidate: To be suitable for this role you will need to be a current Deputy Manager, ideally with formalwear experience You will need to be enthusiastic, passionate and ambitious to be suitable for the above role |
