Boutique Store Manager - Central London

£22k per annum, Monthly & Quarterly Bonus

Luxury Accessories brand is currently seeking a Store Manager (or an Assistant Manager looking to take the next step up), to join their fast growing business by become a Store Manager for their boutique in central London. This company has been established for nearly 25 years and due to on-going success has expended their presence throughout the UK and plans for continued growth.

 
The Role

To oversee stores standards, maximising and up-selling sales to achieve targets

As a Store Manager you will be accountable for a small team of staff, ensuring customer service standards are always at it’s best, going above and beyond to impress the customer

You will be very KPI focused and organised, reporting to Head Office and thinking outside the box to go that extra mile

You will naturally oversee VM & Housekeeping standards as expected


To be suitable for the role of Store Manager you will have the below:

To be suitable for the role of Store Manager for this boutique, you will need to have worked in a standalone store either as a Store or Assistant Manager

Have a proven track record of success within a sales focused environment and be KPI driven

Be passionate about the industry and knowledgeable on luxury, mid market brands
