Store Manager London Boutique – Luxury Experience Desired
£30,000 - £32,000 with an Annual Bonus, Free Products and Store Discount


Established since 1986 this luxury business has experienced year on year growth and are currently seeking a Store Manager for their established Boutique in Central London which opened during the Olympics and is currently turning over £4 million per annum. This role will give you the opportunity to work with a passionate and entrepreneurial-minded team who represent the heart and soul of their success story.

Seeking Store / General Managers who have worked within a Luxury Environment (Fashion, Cosmetics or Hospitality backgrounds will be considered.....



The Role.

As the Store / Boutique Manager you will be running a 2 floor store with a turnover of £4 million per annum and a team of 24 staff

You will be accountable for ensuring a high level of service, whilst working within a fast passed environment, leading from the front and motivating your team at all times

You will work to achievable targets and have the ability to earn 20% of your salary in bonus

As the Store / Boutique Manager you will have the ability to train and develop your team, ensuring consistency in your work, whilst maintaining standards at all times

You will have the ability to manage and maintain the success of a large turnover store, currently achieving £4 million per annum

 
Ideal Candidate

To be suitable for this role you will need to be a current Store Manager working within luxury environment in Fashion, Cosmetics or Hospitality

You would have managed a store turnover of £2 million plus and hold a previous track record of success
