Supervisor – (Cosmetics, Hair & Beauty)
Location: Hayes
Salary: £16,000 - £18,000, with Private Health Care & Staff Discounts.

Established since 1954 with 33 stores nationwide & 300 staff along with an exciting 5 years plan for future growth, this retailer specialises in selling hair & beauty products to the public as well as local businesses within the industry and is seeking a skilled and experienced Supervisor with the ability to work within a structured sales focused environment

Experience in the cosmetics industry is desired but not essential; however a personal interest in selling these products is a MUST!


The Role

As the Supervisor you will be reporting to the Store Manager and will use your skills and experience to assist in the overall running of the store

You will be supervising & motivating a team of 7 staff, delegating and prioritising tasks effectively and in the Manager’s absence

You will maximise sales through store service standards taking responsibility for stock, cash and store security.


Ideal Candidate
  • experience of supervising a similar sized team

  • exemplary customer service and selling skills

  • commercial expertise and business development skills

  • experience of working in a sales target trade or retail store environment

  • marketing and merchandising skills
