Established Casino Chain is seeking skilled and experienced Hospitality Manager to join their business with their recently refurbished Casino in Torquay, this opportunity invites skilled Managers to work within a Fast and Exciting environment where ambition is as important as professionalism?

This Casino offers Entertainment, casino hall and a new restaurant which will be at the focal point of the venue and as a result they are seeking a talented Hospitality Manager to join their team, who will relish the challenge of a fast paced and commercially competitive environment and fulfill thier ambitious growth targets.

The Role
  • As Hospitality Manager you will have the ability to lead by example and manage; develop and grow a team to work efficiently and productively at all times
  • You will manage the hospitality area to achieve optimum staff utilization and profitability
  • Oversee the bar area ensuring stock rotation and cellar management practices comply with our company policies.
  • Manage the ordering of stock (via our online system), and maintaining a healthy food margin which will be key as you will be showcasing the Casinos new concept.
  • As Hospitality Manager you will help drive the reputation of the venue and the restaurant offering.
  • You will always be aware of competitors, looking for opportunities to ensure business growth, maximizing profit, margin and turnover within the department and make the appropriate business recommendations for implementation.

To be suitable for the role of Hospitality Manager you will have:
  • A proven track record of running a similar operations and improving business sales and growth
  • A proven track record for establishing excellent standards and knowledge in all areas of a hospitality operation, including the kitchen and Restaurant.
  • Ambitious and enthusiastic able to work within a fast passed environment
