Store Manager – Southampton

Established for 30 years this well-known accessories brand is known for its fun style without compromising on quality, looking for a Store Manager who can deliver customer service with a smile and have a genuine interest and enthusiasm for the brand and  business. As an ambassador of the business it is essential that you can ensure this service throughout the team whilst maintaining a motivated team and store standards that you would expect in a luxury retail environment.

The Role:
  • As the Store Manager you will be responsible for the daily running of the store reporting to the Area Manager, ensuring service standards and achieving sales targets as a result
  • You will be accountable for ensuring a high level of service and product knowledge is delivered by your team whilst leading from the front at all times
  • As the Store Manager you will be an ambassador for the business and have the ability to train, develop and motivate your team, ensuring consistency in your work, whilst maintaining a firm but fair approach managing staff
  • The ability to set targets and work to KPI’s is also essential and you will be expected to demonstrate this during your interview.

Ideal Candidate:
  • To be suitable for this role you will need to be a current Store Manager, with previous experience working with high end brands and a customer facing environment
  • A proven track record of success and the ability to manage and motive your team
  • You will need to be enthusiastic, passionate and ambitious, able to work to and achieve sales targets as well and act as an ambassador for the business and brand.
